In college football, there are the polls, then there are the power rankings. And though defending champ Ohio State is number one according to the voters, the computers say something else all together.

That's right, for now at least, the numbers say that Buckeyes are not worthy of the top spot. The Spartans are!

Yep, Michigan State is the real number one. The lads from Lansing have beaten a top 10 team. The Buckeyes, meanwhile, are getting by on reputation more than anything else.

And great news for LSU fans! Based on the Tigers performance - make that Leonard Fournette's performance - against Auburn this past weekend, the Bengals have moved all the way up to number three!

It's still early in the year, to say the least. But after college football week four, here are, according to the numbers, the top ten teams.

1) Michigan State

2) Ohio State

3) LSU

4) Ole Miss

5) Notre Dame

6) UCLA

7) TCU

8) Baylor

9) Oregon

10) Georgia
