    Go Outside!

Fall is here, so take advantage of those cooler temperatures and keep that phone in your pocket for a change. Go for a hike, sit under a tree and read that book you've been putting off reading under a tree or just take a nice walk around the neighborhood.

    Exercise!

Not only has Facebook made us soft in one-on-one communicating, but around the stomach, too. Fix that by walking away from the computer and into the local gym.

Talk to people face to face!

We do so much communicating online via Facebook that speaking in person to friends and family has become an afterthought -- like MySpace. Take this opportunity to leave your bedroom to say 'hi' to your mom. At least you'll know she won't be posting pictures of the garden omelette she just cooked on Facebook.
