’50 to 1′ Tour Bus Breaks Down Twice in Dallas, Texas
On their cross-country tour to promote the movie “50 to 1,” the cast and crew had to deal with some rough weather and a bus breakdown.
Actor Christian Kane, one of the stars of the movie, tweeted about the bus breakdown, which happened during their stop in his hometown of Dallas.
50 to 1 baby. Bus just broke down. But you can’t hold us back. Rain/Lightning storm or shine.

The bus was up and running a few hours later, Kane confirmed. Unfortunately, the repairs were short-lived.
Bus breaks down again. If you’ve seen the film, this is Life imitating Art imitating Life!!!

Hopefully, the second time is the charm, and the cast and crew are able to continue their trip across the country soon.
“50 to 1″ is based on the true story of Mine That Bird, which won the 2009 Kentucky Derby. It stars Skeet Ulrich (“Scream”), Christian Kane (“Leverage”), Todd Lowe (“True Blood”) and Hugo Perez, and produced by Oscar-winner Jim Wilson (“Dances With Wolves”). It opens in Shreveport-Bossier theaters April 4.
