Being from Louisiana, crawfish are a big part of our lives. In fact, it's crawfish season right now. But we have definitely never seen this before!

Have you ever seen a BLUE crawfish?? Apparently, they are a rare genetic oddity. They are a blue color morph of the common brown papershell crayfish. It is the lack of a gene that causes them to be blue.

What would you do if you saw this guy alongside the red guys, potatoes and corn?
