The City of Texarkana, Texas will conduct a citizen survey of 1,500 randomized households beginning this week. This survey will give residents an opportunity to make their voice heard and provide feedback for public officials concerning Texarkana, Texas, as well as opportunities for potential growth.

Households have been chosen to participate at random based on addresses within the Texarkana, Texas city limits to receive the survey. Postcards informing residents of the survey have been mailed on April 13th, 2016 and the initial survey will be mailed on April 20th, with a second wave being mailed on April 27th.

“It is vitally important anyone who receives the survey complete it and return it in a timely manner,” said Lisa Thompson, Public Information Officer for the City of Texarkana, Texas.
