Adam Levine is “People” Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2013

We told you this was in the works a couple of weeks ago. But now it's official. Adam Levine is  People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive.

The official announcement was made last night on “The Voice."

Adam said to People: “As a musician, you have fantasies that you want to win Grammy’s, but I didn’t really think that this was on the table. I was just amazed and stunned and it almost seemed like they were kidding, but they weren’t, so that’s cool.”

Ben Affleck, George Clooney, Hugh Jackman, Pierce Brosnan, Brad Pitt, Richard Gere, Denzel Washington, Johnny Depp and many other hotties have graced the cover of People Magazine over the years as the “Sexiest Man Alive."

Last year, Channing Tatum won the honor.
