Aerial Video Shows Flooding Of Golden Meadows [VIDEO]

The rain that has pummeled the Ark-La-Tex over the last two days has nearly crippled some parts of the area. Roads, schools, government offices, and businesses have closed throughout, stranding some residents in their homes.

Our friend, Ryan Zeidan, at SkyPixel LA shot a video yesterday of an aerial view of the Golden Meadow subdivision in Bossier City. You can see residents actually canoeing down the streets!
