Fashion website Net-A-Porter CEO, Mark Sebba, thought he was just showing up for an ordinary day at work.  But his colleagues had a different idea!

Mark Sebba has been the CEO of Net-A-Porter for eleven years and has recently announced his retirement.  He may be the boss, but it is obvious that his employees LOVE him!

He showed up to work last month to what we think is the biggest going-away party EVER! He was met with employees dancing around with signs to the hit song by Aloe Blacc song, "The Man." Then a projector showed employees dancing at the company's other offices all over the world.

It is obvious that he is overwhelmed at the end of the video and jokingly tells everyone to get some actual WORK done.

Can we have a retirement party like this?? How Cool!!
