America’s 10 Most Miserable Cities; Can You Guess How Many From Louisiana Made the List?

Gallup is just out with its latest 'well being' data and a new city has fallen to the low spot on the rankings.

This year Charleston, West Virginia nabs the top...er, bottom spot, knocking out its in state neighbor, Huntington.

The index ranks well-being by averaging scores in six categories: Life evaluation, emotional health, work environment, physical health, healthy behaviors, and access to basic necessities.
