Another Child for the Duggar Family? Really?

The Duggar family of  "19 Kids and Counting"  fame continues to grow.   Josh, 23,   the eldest child of the Duggar clan,  and his wife,  Anna, 22,  are expecting their second child this summer.

The couple welcomed daughter Mackynzie less than two years ago.   In a family of 19 kids,  why would we ever think one more would  make a difference.
