Thirteen year old Amber White was last seen on Tuesday June 21st, 2011, in the 7000 block of Woolworth Road in Shreveport. Amber was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt with blue sweat pants. She was also reportedly carrying a black and silver duffle bag containing clothing and other items. Amber White is a white female, 5’2”-5'3” tall, weighing approximately 150 lbs. Investigators have been in contact with family members and say they believe Amber has run away from home.
At a mid-morning news conference came word that a coalition of area fire department's decided to ban the sale and use of fireworks through the end of the month.
