Dad wants to relax on Father's Day, but he would probably like to enjoy a great meal out on the town. Here are some of our favorites for this Father's Day:

The Petroleum Club is hosting a Father's Day Brunch
Enjoy some great music with Dorsey Summerfield and enjoy lunch between 11am and 1:30pm. You'll find a breakfast bar along with a full spread including Butcher Block BBQ
Chicken Thighs, Beef Brisket, Pork Belly, Smoked Sausage Crab Stuffed Trout
Grilled Corn and Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, and much more.

Another favorite spot for Dad is Zocolo Neighborhood Eatery at 436 Ashley Ridge Boulevard.

Copeland’s of New Orleans is sure to be a hot spot for Dads this Sunday. It's at 1665 E Bert Kouns in Shreveport. Dad might want to try a small plate of the crabmeat ravioli to start. Some of our favorite dishes at Copelands are the eggplant pirogue which is covered in shrimp and crab, served over angel hair pasta. Another top choice at Copelands is the crawfish fettuccine.

Wine Country at 4801 Line Avenue has a Sunday brunch as an option. Dad will find great food and wine at reasonable prices in a comfortable yet refined environment.

2 Johns 2151 Airline Drive in Bossier City has some of the best food in the region. It's a true fine dining experience. Let Dad start out with the Crabmeat Au Gratin which features jumbo lump crabmeat. It's so rich. For the main course, Dad might want to check out my favorite, the red fish Pontchartrain which is blackened Gulf red fish over whipped red potatoes, topped with a crawfish, crab, and shrimp Creole sauce.

Bella Fresca Bistro 608 Absinthe Court in Shreveport has Sunday brunch from 11am-2pm. You will want to try the shrimp and grits. It is fabulous.

Another Broken Egg Cafe 855 Pierremont Rd. You can expect to find a crowd here on Sunday, but that's normal for every Sunday. You'll find all kinds of great brunch options, but for Dad, I would highly recommend the BLAST. It's a crispy baked bacon, lettuce, avocado, smoked Gouda & tomato sandwich served on multi-grain bread. Really delicious.

Windrush Grill 1023 Provenance brunch is served from 11am-3pm. You will love the crab cake benedict. It's jumbo lump crab cake on an English muffin topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce. For dessert, treat Dad to the Chocolate Sack. It is divine, but be prepared to share...it's huge!
