Yesterday, we got a Cranberry dip ready for the Holiday guests. But some people don't like cranberries.

Never fear, Sugar Coated Pecans are near!

I can sit down on the couch and go through an entire batch all by myself!

What you'll need is:

1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 pound pecan halves
1 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Start by preheating the oven to 250 degrees and getting a baking sheet greased.

Then, in a bowl, whip the egg white and water... Making it frothy.

In another bowl, combine the sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

Start adding the pecans to the egg mixture. Make sure they all get coated.

Then we remove the pecans... and roll them in the sugar mix until coated.

Put the coated Pecans on the baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Check on them every 15 minutes or so.

There you have it, an easy Thanksgiving or Christmas treat!
