Bossier Parish School Board Member Accused of Operating Pill Mill

According to local news sources, Bossier Parish School Board member, Mike Mosura, has been charged with one count of conspiring to distribute anabolic steroids. This was in connection with a federal pill mill investigation.

Mosura appeared in federal court yesterday. He will be arraigned next Tuesday, October 9th, according to local news sources.

Allegedly Mosura is accused of selling illegal performance drugs out of a fitness facility where he worked. Mosura is also former executive director of the BHP Billiton YMCA in Shreveport, and a golf pro.

According to Ballet Pedia, Mosura has been apart of the school board since 2002. The Bossier Parish School Board is set to meet today in Bossier City. No further information was available about this story. Check back here for any further updates.
