Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office Presents A Women’s Firearms And Safety Course

Calling all ladies! If you're not familiar with how to use a gun, or maybe you are and need a refresher, the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office has you covered.

This free basic firearms and safety class for women, presented by the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office, will take place on April 16 at the Sheriff’s Regional Training Academy from 9am - 4pm.

Women will learn the proper way to handle a firearm as well as have the opportunity to fire a gun on the Academy firing range. Women will also hear information pertaining to Louisiana gun laws, personal safety, self-defense and how to be aware during certain situations.
