Casey Anthony Sentenced To 4 Years

She got out of the death penalty after the jury found her Not Guilty of murder.

She was, however, found guilty of giving false information to law enforcement.

For that, Anthony was sentenced to four years in jail this morning.

But... It sounds like she could actually be back on the streets in about a month!

Her defense had tried to argue that since it was all related to one investigation, she should only be sentenced to one year. The judge, however, disagreed.

But the judge did allow credit for time served... Plus good behavior.
