Celebrate National Dance Day by Dancing in the Streets of Downtown Shreveport

It's a flash mob in downtown that you don't want to miss out on!

The Shreveport Times and Louisiana Dance Collective are putting together a fun celebration of National Dance Day Saturday, July 25.

The flash-mob style dance party, "Dancing in the Street", kicks off at 10:30 a.m. and will last until 11:30 a.m. in the Red River Entertainment District. The dance will be led by Louisiana Dance Collective, who are also the brains behind the choreography.

The event is in partnership with the Shreveport Artists' Market and its "Last Saturday" event. This includes art vendors, children activities, live music, food trucks and more.
