Congressman John Fleming Says Budget Bill Is a “Bad Deal”

Some Conservatives on Capitol Hill say house speaker Paul Ryan is a sellout in pushing the budget bill. Congressman John Fleming tells us he's very unhappy with this deal. Fleming says he will work with other Republicans to make changes after the new year.
