Recently, in South Carolina, 33-year-old Officer Michael Slager stopped 50-year-old Walter Scott for a broken taillight.

The video shows a scuffle, and it looks like the cop's taser gets knocked to the ground. Scott takes off, and Slager shoots him eight times in the back as he's running away.

The police officer was charged with murder.
