Duke Lowrie got 16% while Patrick Harrington drew 6%.

Gatti posted this message to residents of Bossier Parish:

Let me start by congratulating Duke Lowrie and Patrick Harrington on running great campaigns.

Tonight we move on to the runoff and I cannot thank all of you enough for your hard work and dedication these past few months. Now we dig in for 5 weeks of hard work. Together, we will be victorious on April 29th. God Bless all of you.

The men, both Republicans, are running for the seat vacated by then Rep. Mike Johnson, who was elected to Congress.
