Madonna may have won the Golden Globe for her song "Masterpiece" in the yet to be release movie "W.E.," but she got a little more than she bargained for from Elton John's husband, director and producer David Furnish.

Madonna beat out such notables as Elton John's "Hello Hello," from Gnomeo and Juliette and Mary J. Blige's “Living Proof” from The Help.

Madonna might want to add e.s.p to the list of her many talents. Backstage, at the Golden Globes after receiving her award she stated, ”I hope he speaks to me for the next couple of years. He’s been known to get mad at me so I don’t know. He’s brilliant and I adore him so he’ll win another award. I don’t feel bad!”

After the Golden Globes, Furnish posted some unkind words about Madge's win on Facebook. The post has since been taken down, but is was full of scathing meanness.

Now, Furnish has posted on Facebook and apology of sorts.

Madonna might not only the have accepted the Golden Globe for "Best Original Song," but maybe Furnish's apology as well.
