Dement Brother’s Old School Boxing Club Nearing 5 Year Anniversary

The Dement Brother's Old School Boxing Gym was established in 2011 by Tim Dement, Coach Jake Dement and Coach Donny Aaron to teach boxing - and life lessons - to youngsters in Bossier City and the ArkLaTex.

It's been more than four decades since 17-year-old "little Timmy Dement of Boss-ee-yay City, Louisiana" as Howard Cosell called him, represented the USA at the summer Olympics in Munich. And through the year's Tim, now 60, passed his skills along to son Jake, who now wears the mantle of head coach at the gym.

In addition to boxing, the club also offers mixed martial arts training and men's and women's fitness.

With their five year anniversary approaching, Dement Brother's has just released a new promo video, featuring the Dements, their students and the music of Blackwater Bride.
