A Shreveport man is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting three females over an 11-year span.

Shreveport police say 38-year-old John Henry Gibbs was arrested by detectives after DNA evidence came back from the North Louisiana Crime Lab linking him to the crimes.

Gibbs was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Task Force, then transported to Shreveport Police headquarters for interviews with investigators. Afterward, he was booked into the Shreveport City Jail, charged with three counts of aggravated rape. His bond is set at $300,000.
