Dogs Moved From Over Populated Louisiana Shelter

More than 60 dogs have been moved to Omaha, Nebraska from a Ouachita Parish, LA shelter that has taken in 500 dogs since the first of January.

"We take them and we build their confidence back up knowing they are going to go to a home that's loving," Janet Breitkreutz of Wonder Weims Rescue told KETV.

The dogs were taken from West Monroe Louisiana in hopes of finding a new home and a new life. 8 different organizations have stepped up to help out the animals coming to Nebraska.
