The District Attorney in East Baton Rouge Parish witnesses a court hearing for 9-11 terror suspects at Guantanamo Bay.

Hillar Moore tells us about the court hearing and his visit to the federal lockup.

The Advocate of Baton Rouge detailed the visit Moore made to Cuba for the court hearing for five of the alleged al-Qaida conspirators behind the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. One of those suspects is Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. They were all dressed in turbans and white robes with camo-style gear underneath.

Moore says he and the others witnessing the hearing say in an adjacent room that had a bullet proof wall and glass. He tells us the proceedings were piped to his room on a 40 second time delay. An apparent CIA person say in the courtroom on a button, and that was used anytime something that could be considered classified was mentioned during the hearing.

All five of the defendants are accused of helping to plan the deadly hijackings that left nearly 3 thousand people dead.
