Well, thanks to a KVKI listener, we have come to learn the girl talking is Chapter Jackson.

Chapter Jackson, it seems, is an aspiring rapper. We are not sure if she has an EBT card, but she sure knows a lot about the subject. She claims it is satire, so I am not going to accuse her of anything untoward. However, hersong "It's Free Swipe Yo EBT" tells it like it is in the most base way possible.

As the lyrics go, it gives a blueprint on all the ways to take advantage of the system. It endorses everything from having sex to have kids, so you get more money and it also outlines who does and doesn't accept EBT cards
