Erin’s Diet Update for March 7th
I am still going strong on my diet, but I must admit that I have strayed just a bit. We've had a couple of work 'eating meetings' and I was not too careful about what I was eating and I had a glass of sweet tea. OMG that was sweet! Dr. Jason Maggio has set me up on the '20 pounds in 30 day' diet. It's pretty strict, but I have lost another 8 pounds in the past 3 weeks. The best part about the diet is that I get one cheat day a week. I just have to be careful that the one cheat day does not extend into day 2. Because if I buy some ice cream for the cheat day and it's still in the fridge the next day, I am so tempted to eat it. It sings to me from the freezer and it's singing a love song.
