Erin’s Diet Update
My BFF and I are now in week 3 of our diet and exercise program. Dr. Jason Maggio with All The Way Health has put together a strict diet that we are following. Vitamins Plus inside Drug Emporium is supplying some of the supplements we need including the great Egg White Protein Shake that I love.
We are also being trained at Fitness World by Taylor Beth. I must admit the limits on this diet plan are tough, but we do get one day a week to do what we want. Dr. Maggio says this helps jump starts our metabolism and it really does work.
I have lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks and am shocked. I look forward to next week when the Doc will adjust the diet. I have not had 1 piece of fruit in 3 weeks.
