OK, I love to get deals on travel and I’ve gotten some great deals.
My best has to be spring break from about 4 years ago when I took both of my boys to Colorado for a ski trip. We got airfare for 3, a hotel stay for a week and a rental car for under $1,000!!! Now I am searching for a hotel for Robert for his annual trip to New Orleans.
I am a big fan of Priceline and use it at least 6 times a year for trips. The secret to bidding for travel on this site is to keep your star rating high (I go no lower than 3 stars). You have to be flexible, stubborn and patient. I have gotten rooms in Dallas on the 635 for as low as $39. Be listening all this week to see what kind of deal I can get for Robert!
