Lace up your running shoes and get ready to run the streets of Tyler in the 2013 Tyler Run for Autism half-marathon, 5K and 1-mile fun run/walk.
You’ll start and finish in the historic azalea district and the azaleas will still be in bloom lending more beauty to an already scenic route.
For the non-runners who want to be a part of the fun, we might have a spot for you as a volunteer at a water stop, helping to direct traffic or handing out medals at the finish line.
The run is scheduled for 7 a.m. April 13 at Bergfeld Park where activities for children and their families will be held along with sounds from several local bands.
