Forget Neon Bridges, Shreveport Needs a Hologram Bridge!

Recently there's been a lot of talk about bringing lights back to the Texas Street Bridge, which in the past had been known as the 'Neon Bridge.' This time instead of being neon, the bridge will be lit using LED lights to save money. The 90-year-old bridge is set to have a $23 million face lift with the lights being the cherry on top... But I have a better idea, holograms!

Just think of all the possibilities a bridge with holograms could bring our area... from things like advertising to the craziest fireworks show ever. Why stop there? We need Elvis to pop into people's cars as they're crossing the bridge to say, 'Welcome to Shreveport!' Just think of the crazy viral videos!

New lights on the bridge are really cool, but holograms are even cooler!
