A fundraiser is set for a 15-year-old Webster Parish girl who's been diagnosed with Intestinal Motility Disorder.

According to family members, Kylee Ferguson's colon has stopped functioning. She has been at Willis-Knighton undergoing surgeries and tests to find out what's going on. She was recently sent for more tests at Children's Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

Her family has already racked up $150,000 in medical bills, and insurance doesn't want to pay for the tests. Kylee's mother hasn't been working because of her daughter's condition, and travel costs back and forth from here to Dallas are piling up on her.

Kylee is a cheerleader and softball player at North Webster High School, but family members say she's spent only a total of eight days outside of a hospital.

A 'Rockin' for Kylee' fundraiser is being held December 17 at Charlie's Backyard Bar at 303 N. Columbus Street in Marshall, Texas. Doors open at 5 p.m., and life music gets kicked off at 7, featuring Blind Dog, The Mansion Family, Death Row Bodeen and Tyler Lenius Band. Wes Jeans may even make an appearance.

Cover charge is a $5 donation, and shirts will be sold for $20. There's also a silent auction with items autographed by Peyton Manning, Gale Sayers and Black Griffin -- and a raffle for an autographed Monte Pittman guitar or a rolling Craftsman toolbox with tools donated by Sears. Tickets for the raffle are $5 each.
