Gambling Granny Blew $100K of Grandson’s Trust Fund

73-year-old Edna Sue Pate of Indiana the grandmother that blew over $100,oo0 of her grandson's trust fund has been found in Minden, Louisiana.  Between 2004 and 2010 she withdrew over $100,000 from her grandson's trust fund that was set up for his college education and reportedly lost it gambling at Indiana casinos.

Pate has been charged with stealing and gambling away the money set aside for her grandson's education, but authorities in Lake County, Indiana won't spend the money to extradite her from Louisiana to Indiana to face the charges.

According to Webster Parish Sheriff Gary Sexton Pate is considered a free woman since the officials in Indiana have not authorized her arrest and extradition to Indiana.
