Geek’d Con Welcomes Back Pruitt Taylor Vince
Geek'd Con, Shreveport's biggest comic and pop culture convention, is back for 2018. August 17-19 at the Shreveport Convention Center in Downtown Shreveport.
For the last few years, Geek'd Con has been Shreveport's version of a "comic con", bringing in guests like Elvira Mistress of the Dark (Cassandra Peterson), Lou Ferrigno, Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew), Tara Reid, comic book legend George Perez, Joey Fatone, Billy West, and a ton of other huge geek celebrities.
We already know that this year's Geek'd Con will feature the original TV Flash, John Wesley Shipp, along with child star Jonathan Lipnicki, and voice actor Dana Snyder. Now we know who the next person joining him on the lineup is.
Geek'd Con: Shreveport welcomes BACK Pruitt Taylor Vince!
Emmy Award winner Pruitt Taylor Vince has been in some of the biggest 'geek' productions of the last 20 years!
Pruitt joined Geek'd Con back in 2016, but due to weather, his travel was delayed, and wasn't able to be there for the whole weekend.
Since then, Pruitt has added to his legendary resume, with appearances in Stranger Things and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
The rest of that incredible resume includes his roles as Father Henesey in Constantine, Otis in The Walking Dead, Casper Abraham in Heroes Reborn, Finn in True Blood, as well as roles in The X-Files, Deadwood, The Mentalist, and many more.
In addition, Pruitt is a Baton Rouge native, who attended LSU!
