As I continue on my journey to running my first 5K using the free #C25K app, I've realized two very important things.

1. Get the shorts with the built in 'panties.' WAY less chaffing!

2. Music choice is everything!!!

I've found that when I'm really feeling the music on my iPod that my rhythm and endurance are greatly improved! With that being said, listening to the same things over and over really doesn't work for me! Here are some songs that are getting me moving this week and that will hopefully help you when you get ready to put on your running shoes!
