The Governor's report says our state has lost jobs and that causes a decline in revenue. The forecasters say they base projected revenues on employment numbers and income numbers across the state including all wages and salaries and that number is declining across the state.

The committee has been discussing film tax credits, oil and gas revenues, education spending and all of the agencies impacted by these cuts.
