The Gummy Bear Dress

In my quest for gastronomic excellence, I happened to stumble up on something that could give you a diabetic coma without consuming one single ounce…a dress made exclusively of Gummy Bears.
There is a new magazine that is coming out called TWELV and for the debut issue of TWELV magazine, designers Hissa Igarashi and Sayuri Marakumi created a couture gown entirely out of 50,000 gummy bears.
It took 3 weeks to make and weighs approximately 220 pounds. This gummy masterpiece pays homage to late designer Alexander McQueen, who crafted a similar gown — though, not made of candy — in his S/S 2008 collection.
