Haughton Riding Club Donates $500 To Bossier Sheriff’s Office

By now you know, I'm the crazy horse lady on the radio. That's why I get so excited when local horse groups have something going on, especially when it impacts our community in a positive way.

On Sunday, June 8th, 2014, Star Hargrove, vice president of the No-Limit Riding Club in Haughton and club president Cedric Davis presented a $500 check to Deputy Cedric Payne of the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office at Ralph and Kacoo's in Bossier City. The riding club recently hosted a successful trail ride and wanted to give back to the community. In addition to donating funds to the Bossier Sheriff's Office, money was also donated to seven area churches.
