Haughton’s Jackie Cook Wants to Help Woman Who Found Her Dog in the Oklahoma Rubble

A local woman has stepped up to help the elderly Oklahoma woman who is seen finding her dog during a live TV interview.

Jackie Cook of Haughton says she is offering her RV to Barbara Garcia to use until she can get a more permanent home. Jackie tells us why she wanted to step in to help: She seems to be alone. It's just her and her dog. Honestly, she looks like my mother and I'm a big animal lover and I want to help her in any way I can. Her story touched my heart." Jackie says she hopes to make the connection with Garcia and if she does, we will help provide supplies when Jackie makes the trip to Oklahoma.
