High School Football Week 1 – How Did I Do with My Picks?

I did ok with my high school football picks this week.

The Byrd Yellow Jackets did get an easy win over Zachary.  I told you Shreve would lose by a touchdown....it was a loss by 3. Northwood handled the business with North Caddo. Haughton, Airline, Green Oaks, Parkway and Evangel proved me right and got wins. But I must say that Parkway win over Calvary was quite impressive!!

Missed this one big: North Desoto lost to Natchitoches Central. Missed this one too: Benton lost to Sterlington by a field goal. I knew the Minden/Southwood game would be a good one, but the Cowboys surprise me to get the win.

 So I'm 8-3 after week one. I'll be checking out the schedule and make my picks by Thursday.
