A Dallas man is facing a laundry list of charges after leading several law enforcement agencies on a high speed chase Tuesday afternoon. Riy Tobin, 18, allegedly stole a pick up truck Monday in Arcadia, Texas. It was flagged Tuesday afternoon by state police as it crossed the Louisiana-Texas line.

Tobin then lead police on a high speed chase - with speeds exceeding 100 miles an hour - across several Louisiana Parishes. Authorities set up a spike strip at the I-20 Minden exit. The truck kept on going until the driver exited onto Highway 531.

Officers were finally able to nab the car thief but only after he crashed into vehicles driven by Webster Parish Sheriff Gary Sexton and a Louisiana State Trooper. Sexton and the Trooper are reportedly a little banged up but ok after the incident.

Tobin was arrested and charged with aggravated flight, reckless operation, obstruction of justice and illegal possession of stolen property.
