Celebrate art and culture in Shreveport’s historic Highland neighborhood July 6 during the Highland Open Studio Tour Sundays, an event that promotes the artistic creativity of neighbors and friends.

Every first Sunday of the month, start your day around 11 a.m. at the studios of Su Stella and Curt Harville at 436 Topeka. They paint, work with glass, metal and clay, along with a variety of other mediums. Maps can be found at their location for the tour. Each month the tour changes.

Artists: Nicola Medley Ballard, Qean Ballard, Ron Lowery and Angella Lowery.

Hosted: The studio of Su Stella and Curt Harville.

444 OLIVE

Artists: Mocha Blue Blaze plus featured artists throughout the store.

Hosted: Olive Street Thrift & Vintage, owned by Derick Jones and Evan Stevens.

The event is free and open to the public. The tour will end around 4 p.m.
