Hours Before ISIS’ Paris Attacks, Obama Says, ‘We Have Contained Them’ [VIDEO]

Just hours before the multiple attacks in Paris by Islamic terrorist group ISIS, Barack Obama told ABC's George Stephanopoulos that, "We have contained them."

Appearing on "Good Morning America", the President challenged a statement by Stephanopoulos that the terrorists are gaining strength, saying, "Our goal from he start was to contain them. They have not gained ground."
