Is Iggy Azalea Actually The Artist Formerly Known As Porcelain Black? [VIDEO]

Jason Carter Rinaldi/Getty Images Entertainment

The more I watch Iggy Azalea’s videos and performances on TV, the more I think she reminds me of someone. Clearly, she plays the role of Alicia Silverstone (Clueless) in her music video for Fancy and she’s a somewhat stylized Uma Thurman (Kill Bill) in her video for Black Widow… but could she have been someone else all together in a previous part of her career? Could she possibly be the artist formerly known as Porcelain Black?

It’s not to far of a reach. Porcelain Black was 2101 Records which was worked by Universal Records, while Iggy is with Def Jam, which are both a part of the Universal Music Group. Would it be too much to imagine they hit a road block with Porcelain Black and decided to restyle and revamp the image of the project with a whole new look and name as Iggy Azalea, the fresh faced rapper from Australia? After all,  Porcelain worked with Lil’ Wayne and if anyone has the pull to make something like this happen, it’s Weezy! Stranger things have happened, after all, Milli Vanilli never did actually SING!

I’m not trying to be all conspiracy theory monger-ish but both Iggy and Porcelain have attitude for days and the same rockin’ style. Watch both videos and let us know what you think in the comments section below!
