Painfully Awkward ‘Ellen’ Interview Has Fans Wondering If Jessica Simpson Is OK [VIDEO]

Jessica Simpson has always been known for playing up her "dumb blonde" persona, but a recent interview on 'Ellen' has some fans concerned.

Simpson appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Monday to promote her clothing line, but instead, delivered a scattered sit down that even had Ellen taking deep breaths. Of course, everyone knows Jessica has always done the cute/ditzy thing, but this was different.

Jessica kicked things off by letting Ellen know that she was "not pregnant" and that there would be no more kids in her future.

We had an IUD. Nothing’s gonna get in that uterus!

From there was a flurry of back and forth between the two, with Ellen trying to keep things on track as Jessica simply tried to keep it together. Some fans suggested she may have just been nervous, while others suggested otherwise.

I mean, this is the same woman who found out the difference between fish and chicken on national television, so should we be so concerned for Jessica Simpson right now?
