Strong winds toppled the bucket sign from the top of the Kentucky Fried Chicken in West Shreveport on Monday, sending it crashing onto a car.

KSLA reported that wind gusts that reached up to 30 mph knocked down the Pines Road sign at about 10 a.m. Workers were seen hoisting the bucket at about 1 p.m.

Numerous power outages were reported throughout the day Monday as result of the strong winds, with 130 Southwestern Electric Power Company customers remaining without power at 3:40 p.m.
