Kim Kardashian Being Sued for Fraud by Kris Humphries

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce because of "irreconcilable differences" first, only to have Kris Humphries quickly follow suit by filing for an annulment based on fraud. Don't worry Kim fans, Kim looks pretty well set to overturn the accusations of fraud.

Kris Humphries camp is playing the fraud card, saying that Kim just married Kris to boost the ratings of her show Keeping Up With the Kardashians. If you'll remember back a bit, we don't have to remember too far back since they were only married for 72 days, Kris proposed to HER! Oh and who has benefited the most from their marriage? Kris is now worth millions because of the publicity he got from being with Kim.

Another thing to consider is that massive prenup that Kim's people put together. Not only is is long and complicated, it covers things that would occur over years. That doesn't seem like something they would work that

Divorce is never pretty, but in the case of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries we could all get a ring side seat for the pain and heart ache their brief union caused.

Kris Humphires' lawyer, Lee Hutton is asking the court to allow TV cameras into the courtroom after his expressing his intention is to "expose the M.O. of reality TV." That seems just a touch hypocritical to me.
