I visited the plant in Stonewall the other day to watch the process, and I was very impressed by the efficiency and cleanliness of the plant. Check out the video below and find out how Down Home Sausage is made.

On a side note, I got to sample a piece of sausage that came right out of the smoker. Best sausage EVER!!!
