The Krewe of Highland Parade is set in Shreveport's historic Highland neighborhood area. It features lots of unique floats, many of them are homemade.

There's also unusual throws like hot dogs from the Krewe of Bar-B-Q, moon pies, and thousands of beads.

After the parade, there will be the Carnival de Columbia in Columbia Park, which is located at Columbia Street and Line Avenue.

Parade Route

The official START of the Krewe of Highland Parade is at 2PM, February 10, at the corner of Gregg Street and Gilbert. The floats, and all participants will assemble along Fern Avenue south of the starting point.

The parade will follow the route as shown on the map and return south along Centenary Blvd, which turns into Gladstone. The parade ENDS at the corner of Gladstone and Gilbert.
