KVKI's Kidd Kraddick Morning Show teamed up with Pilot Pens to give teachers the chance to win $1,000 and we announced the first winner this morning.
First, thank you to everyone that entered! But if you weren't announced as the winner this morning, don't despair, because there's good news! The teacher appreciation giveaway is going to go on for another four weeks!
Second, congrats to Katie Richard. She won this morning and she's using the $1,000 to purchase supplies for her 'Belly Buddies' program... making sure students at Glendale Elementary in Eunice, LA have food to eat at home over the weekend!
